Differences in the PT 10, PT 6 and PT 5 Dog Devices

When purchasing a Garmin dog training system bundle, and considering multidog use:

Pro 550 comes with a PT 10 dog device (all features training enabled)

Sport Pro comes with a PT 6 dog device (no accessory upland beeper signal)

Pro 70 comes with a PT 5 dog device (no vibration, no upland accessory beeper signal)

Although the dog collar devices are identical in how they pair to handhelds to deliver electronic correction, some other features for training and hunting are not available. As can be seen in the diagram below, all items can deliver the warning Tone; but some cannot deliver Vibration or the Upland Accessory Beeper control. 

In consideration of the above, when you add a dog device to your system for multi-dog use, we make only available the PT 10 dog device for retail purchase. It universally provides all the features needed across all three different handhelds and enables only those features that the handheld is capable of delivering.
