Dot Com (DCM) Call Sign and Tracking Concerns

With FAA Subscriber Level Blocking; 1090 Transponder-equipped aircraft will not be tracked while flying below 18,000 feet, or at take-off, and landing.  Other third-party websites can show flights with your tail #, but there will be no data in advance of your flight. There is no advance knowledge of your departure and arrival locations. Your flight is not shown until take off, and your arrival is not shown until you land.
