Clearing the Trip Log on an Automotive Device

Garmin's motorcycle devices will record a trip log, also known as tracks, or an "electronic breadcrumb trail". This will record automatically as you travel with your device turned on. The trip log can be cleared or deleted if desired.

To Clear the Trip Log:

1. Touch Settings
2. Touch Device
3. Touch Reset 
   • Skip this step on some devices
4. Scroll down and touch Clear Travel History
5. Touch Yes to confirm

The trip log will now be completely cleared. Note that clearing the travel history will also clear information in the Where I've Been app.
