You can use the Garmin Connect™ app to update your email and push notification preferences. Updating these preferences allows you to select the types of Garmin notifications you would like to receive on your phone or the types of Garmin Connect related emails you would like to receive. Select an option below to reveal instructions.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (bottom right).
Select Settings.
Select Notifications.
Select Push Notifications.
You can now toggle on/off any push notifications options from the list. To stop receiving any push notifications, toggle off Allow Push Notifications

You can now toggle on/off any email notification options from the list. To stop receiving any Garmin Connect email notifications, toggle off Allow Email Notifications.
