Connecting a Jeppesen Account to Garmin Pilot | Updating Avionics Using Database Concierge

To wirelessly update your Jeppesen databases using the Garmin Pilot™ app with Database Concierge, make sure that you have an account and active subscription with Jeppesen, then perform the following steps:

1. Create a flyGarmin.com® website account and add your aircraft and avionics with the correct System ID.
2. Link your Jeppesen account to your flyGarmin.com account with this link.
3. Sign into your Jeppesen account inside Garmin Pilot:
   1. Go to the Main Menu screen
   2. Tap on Settings
   3. Select Jeppesen
   4. Sign in using your Jeppesen sign on credentials, then select the correct license.
4. Enable Database Concierge by making sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection with the outside world, then open Garmin Pilot:
   1. Select Devices/Connect.
   2. Select Database Concierge.
   3. Tap on the words Enable Database Concierge.
   4. Select Sync Aircraft & Devices from flyGarmin, then press Continue.
   5. In the "Download Settings" section of the application, accept the default choices and tap Continue.
   6. Since you have already signed in to your Jeppesen account, tap on the word Continue.
   7. Accept the Database License Agreement.
5. Verify that the downloads have begun:
   1. Scroll down until you see the section titled "Manage Downloads".
   2. Next to the words "Go to Downloads", tap on the arrow inside a blue circle.
   3. This page shows databases that are currently or have already been downloaded. Once all downloads have been completed, you are ready to connect to the aircraft avionics and transfer the data.
