Changing the Vehicle Type or Usage Modes on a dezl Device

The Usage Mode refers to different routes the device can create based on your vehicle type. 

Your dezl Trucking Device can use the Following Usage Modes to Calculate Routes:

• Truck: This setting will provide turn-by-turn directions using major roads that will allow large vehicles such as commercial trucks.
• Automotive/Car: This setting provide turn-by-turn directions based on mapping and road information.  As such, it will ignore limitations such as weight restrictions or low bridge clearances.

The vehicle type determines how the device will calculate routes.  

To Change the Vehicle Type:

1. Touch the vehicle icon at the top of the main menu
2. Touch the desired vehicle type
3. Touch Save or Select to save the change

Repeat the steps above to change the vehicle type again.
