Who Can Send Messages to My Child's Bounce Watch?

Messages can be sent to your child's Bounce™ watch using the Garmin Jr.™ app by the family administrator, guardians, and caregivers. You can manage who is a guardian or a caregiver using the steps in: Managing Family Members in the Garmin Jr. App.

Messages can also be sent between two Bounce watches that are set up as contacts. Bounce devices under the same family are automatically set up as contacts, but you can add a Bounce from another family by following the steps in: Add Bounce Friends as Contacts for Messaging in the Garmin Jr. App.

Each child has a maximum of 20 contacts available to be set up, including the family administrator, guardians, caregivers, and other Bounce users.

NOTE: The creator of the family account will be designated as the administrator and can assign up to 8 guardians or caregivers to the family. Once you have reached this limit, the app will no longer allow you to send a new invite. The remaining contact slots will be for friends who also use a Bounce watch.
