How to Backup and Restore Arrow and Bolt Profiles for Garmin Xero Sights in Garmin Express
Arrow profiles for the Xero® A1i and Xero® A1i PRO bow sights, and Bolt Profiles for the Xero® X1i crossbow scope can be backed up and restored using the Garmin Express™ program. Garmin Express software will also be needed for Installing Software Updates on Your Xero Bow Sight or Crossbow Scope.
Backing Up Arrow or Bolt Profiles
- Connect the Xero device to your computer.
- Open the Garmin Express program.
- Click on your Xero device if it is already listed.
- If not, click Add a Device and follow the prompts to add the Xero device to the Garmin Express program.
- Click Tools & Content.
- Click Utilities.
- Click Back Up Now.
The arrow or bolt profiles will now be backed up to the location displayed in the Garmin Express software.
Restoring Arrow or Bolt Profiles
If necessary, profiles can be restored by following these steps:
- Connect the Xero device to your computer.
- Open the Garmin Express program.
- Click on your Xero device if it is already listed.
- If not, click on Add a Device and follow the prompts to add the Xero device to the Garmin Express program.
- Click Tools & Content.
- Click Utilities.
- Click Restore Backup.
The arrow or bolt profiles will now be restored to the Xero device.
