A Button on My Edge® Cycling Computer Is Stuck or Hard to Press
If a button on your Edge® Cycling Computer is sticky or stuck, please perform the following steps:
Ensure the USB weather cap is in place.
Place the Edge under streaming warm water for about 10 seconds.
Remove it from the running water and press the button repeatedly a few times.
Rinse it again for about 10 seconds.
This should work loose and dislodge any potential debris from the button allowing it to function normally.
