A Button on My Edge® Cycling Computer Is Stuck or Hard to Press

If a button on your Edge® Cycling Computer is sticky or stuck, please perform the following steps:

  1. Ensure the USB weather cap is in place.

  2. Place the Edge under streaming warm water for about 10 seconds.

  3. Remove it from the running water and press the button repeatedly a few times.

  4. Rinse it again for about 10 seconds.

This should work loose and dislodge any potential debris from the button allowing it to function normally.
