What Does Online Only Support Mean?

Support resources such as FAQs, manuals, and videos are available in Support Center for help learning to use product features and for troubleshooting.

Garmin strives to support our products for many years after they are discontinued. Eventually they will transition to online only support which means:

  • Self-service support is available online only.
  • Repair and exchange services are no longer available.

Some parts and accessories may still be available for purchase on garmin.com.
