Automotive Devices with Bus Usage Mode

Certain Models can use the Following Usage Modes to Calculate Routes:

• Straight Truck or Tractor: This setting will provide turn-by-turn directions using major roads that will allow large vehicles such as Semi Trucks
• Car: This setting provides turn-by-turn directions based on mapping and road information
  • It will ignore limitations such as weight restrictions or low bridge clearances
• Bus: This setting will provide turn-by-turn directions similar to truck mode
  • It will use bus speed limits, when available, and roads buses are not allowed on.  Some roads will allow buses but not trucks, or trucks but not buses.  It is important to select the Bus Profile and not the Truck Profile when used on a bus to take these factors into consideration.
