ECG App Results Are Not Showing Up in Garmin Connect

Check the following items to ensure that your Garmin Connect™ account settings are enabled to upload and display ECG app recordings.  

Upload Consent

You must enable activity upload and Data Storage & Processing for ECG app results to sync to your account. To enable these settings: 

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right). 

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Profile & Privacy.

  5. Select Data.

  6. Select Device Upload and then select the toggle switch to enable.

  7. Select Storage & Process and Agree

If you revoke consent at any time, all previously uploaded ECG recordings will be deleted from Garmin Connect. 


Enable Two-Step Verification

You must enable two-step verification for your Garmin Connect account. To do so, go to Garmin.com/account, log in with your username and password, choose “Update sign-on settings,” and follow the instructions to enable two-step verification.
