What is the Government Charts Option in my Boating App?

The Navionics® Boating app offers official unaltered U.S. Government Charts. They include the NOAA Electronic Navigational Charts for U.S. coastal and navigable waterways plus additional shorelines of major lakes and rivers.

NOTE: U.S. Government Charts are included only in the coverage areas of the following select subscriptions: US and Canada, Mexico, Caribbean to Brazil, and Pacific Islands.

How do I Get Access to U.S. Government Charts?

If you never subscribed to any of the areas noted above, you do not have access the U.S. Government Charts. 

If you are subscribed to one or more of the areas listed above, you are able to access the U.S. Government Charts included in the area covered by your subscription. An active subscription is required to access and update the U.S. Government Charts.

To check subscription status, purchase, or renew coverage, go to Menu > Subscriptions.
