Editing Rep Counts on a Lily Watch
Using the Rep Counting feature on your Lily®, Lily® 2 or Lily® 2 Active watch can track common gym exercises and count the number of reps completed. This watch use consistent motion to categorize exercises and display reps.
Since each person’s form and exercise cadence is different it is possible that the device may miss or count extra reps. In these situations, the device allows for the number of reps to be edited during rests between sets.
Edit Reps:
Start the timer using the Strength Training activity
.
Complete the first set.
Select the arrow.
Scroll up or down to select the number of reps.
Select the checkmark to confirm.
Select the arrow to exit the rest timer.
Repeat steps for each set as needed.
These steps will ensure that the correct number of reps are displayed on the device and are synced to your Garmin Connect™ account. The number of reps per set can also be edited in Garmin Connect after the activity is synced.
NOTE: While tracking a Strength Training exercise it is common for the device to not display any reps counted until the device tracks up to 5 reps. In this situation you will see “—“ displayed on the band until the device recognizes between 3-5 reps.
