Unable to Select Contacts in Earthmate iOS App
If the Earthmate® app does not have access to the contacts of an iPhone® or iPad®, the app will display the following error message when attempting to add contacts:
This app does not have access to your contacts.

Allowing Access to Contacts
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Select Privacy & Security.
Select Contacts.
Select Earthmate.
For iOS 17 and earlier, simply toggle on the permission for Earthmate and you are done:
Below Contacts Access, select Limited Access or Full Access.
If Limited Access was chosen, select Edit Selected Contacts.
Select the individual contacts you wish to use with the Earthmate app, then select Done.
The Earthmate app will now allow you to select contacts.
