Steering Wheel Controls Not Controlling Media Player on a Vieo™ Infotainment System

If the steering wheel does not control the media player on a Vieo™ infotainment system, confirm that Steering Wheel Controls settings match the Chassis Settings.

Checking the Steering Wheel Control settings:

1. From the home page, select  apps

2. Select Tools

3. Select Settings

4. Select Vehicle Integration

5. Select Steering Wheel Controls

Select the chassis manufacturer. Once the proper chassis has been selected, restart the dock. Any changes made will not be applied until the dock has been restarted. 

Not all manufacturers utilize all of the steering wheel functions.
