Saving a Workout Using Interval Timer Mode on the Forerunner 50

To Record Laps and Save a Workout Using Interval Timer Mode:

  1. Press mode until TRAIN page appears
  2. Press start to begin an active session
  3. Press mode until INTTMR page appears
  4. Press view to choose TIMER 1 or TIMER 2
  5. Press start
  6. Press lap/reset to record different intervals during your active session
  7. Press stop when finished
  8. To save workout, press and hold lap/reset. Use + or – to toggle YES or NO
  9. Press view to confirm

Your workout should now be saved with Interval Timer Modes.
