Saving a Workout Using Interval Timer Mode on the Forerunner 50
To Record Laps and Save a Workout Using Interval Timer Mode:
- Press mode until TRAIN page appears
- Press start to begin an active session
- Press mode until INTTMR page appears
- Press view to choose TIMER 1 or TIMER 2
- Press start
- Press lap/reset to record different intervals during your active session
- Press stop when finished
- To save workout, press and hold lap/reset. Use + or – to toggle YES or NO
- Press view to confirm
Your workout should now be saved with Interval Timer Modes.
