Index Scale Not Turning On

If you step onto the Index™ Smart Scale and the device does not automatically wake up, step off the scale and tap the scale with your foot. Once the scale wakes up, step on the scale once more to upload the body measurements to Garmin Connect™. If issues persist you may need to change the batteries in your scale. The scale takes 4 AA batteries and can be accessed through the battery cover located on the back of the device.
