Missing Locations or Error on a Device's Map

Garmin's map provider builds map data through a combination of several different sources. Each piece of missing or incorrect data is different and can be caused by a variety of reasons.

When you encounter missing or incorrect data, the best way to ensure it gets corrected in future map updates is to report the error via our map error report form.

NOTES:

• The required fields are: Email, Map, City/State, and Description when filling out the Error Report Form.  Fill in the other fields if known/applicable.
• For OEM devices, such as Honda, Chrysler, Kenwood, etc., leave the Garmin Device field blank, search for the City Navigator® map for the region, and enter the vehicle/year in the descriptions field.
