Garmin Jr. App Bluetooth Troubleshooting

Most Bluetooth connection issues can be solved by restarting your phone or by resetting the vivofit jr. device:

NOTE: Resetting the device resets the move bar but does not erase any of your data.

  1. Hold the device key for 10 to 15 seconds until the screen turns off.

  2. Release the device key.

  3. The device resets, and the screen turns on.

If you continue to have an issue, the following topics cover Bluetooth connection issues with the Garmin Jr. app.
