Using the Xero A1i Locations Widget with the MARQ Series

In order to use the Xero® Locations feature on a compatible Garmin watch you will first need to make sure the latest software update is installed. For updating the software on the Xero bow sight use the instructions here.

Follow the steps below to use the Xero Locations widget:

1. Add the Xero Locations widget to watch

Open the Main Menu
Scroll to Settings and select Widgets
Select Add Widgets
Select Add Xero widget

2. Enable broadcast mode on the watch

Open the Main Menu
Scroll to Settings and select Sensors & Accessories
Select Xero Locations
Select Status to On

3. Enable Broadcast Mode on the Xero A1i. See the owner's manual for instructions

4. Range or fire a shot with the Xero A1i and send the position to the watch

Instructions

Go to Laser Locate option on Menu
Select the Shot you would like to transfer
Select Yes (Wait for A1i to show the transfer is complete)
On the watch go to the Xero Widget (wait for the widget to show the time before trying send a location)
Select Yes to receive the shot information

This will bring up the navigation page of the compatible wearable to allow you to navigate to the estimated location of the shot. Select Start/Stop on the watch if you want to record an activity while moving to your shot.
