What is the Lap Undo Feature on My Watch?
The Lap Undo feature is designed to be used with activity profiles that support laps. After manually recording a lap, the Lap Undo option will be presented on the watch for approximately 8 seconds. See instructions below on how to use this feature. If you are not seeing the option to undo manually triggered laps, make sure that your watch software is up to date - see Using Garmin Express to Update Your Watch's Software.
Using Lap Undo
Lap Undo is not available for auto-detected laps based on time and distance. Structured workouts, open intervals, and rep-counting workouts (Strength) will not support Lap Undo.
NOTE: The Lap Key must be enabled on a compatible activity profile. See "Activities and App Settings" in your owner's manual for enabling the Lap Key.
Manually record a lap.
Within the time window, press DOWN (bottom left button) to undo lap.
Lap Discarded will show on the screen when lap is removed.
After being removed, the lap will no longer be counted toward the activity.
