Gdl 39 Bluetooth Capabilities

Every GDL® 39 data transceiver has the ability to pair with up to two Bluetooth compatible devices at once. Compatible Bluetooth devices include:

• aera® 660 aviation portable
• aera® 795/796 aviation portable
• Android phones and tablets
• G3X Touch™ glass cockpit suite
• G3x Touch Experimental
• iOS Phones, Tablets, and iPod Touch
  

The following applications will also work well with the GDL 39:

• Garmin Pilot™ aviation app for iOS
• Garmin Pilot for Android
• FltPlan® Go flight planning services for iOS
  
• FltPlan Go for Android
  
• ForeFlight Mobile

Not all non-Garmin devices will have Bluetooth capabilities, and it is encouraged that you consult the product's manual.
