Checking the Contents of a Navionics Plotter Card
NOTE: Navionics® chart files are proprietary and cannot be copied or viewed with any other programs other than the certified PC Applications listed on our compatibility guide. Attempting to copy or open the chart files on your card will corrupt them.
To check the contents of your Navionics plotter card, follow the steps below.
In the NAVIONICS drive you should see a 'Navionic' folder and possibly a config, contents, eligibility and/or Warning & Acknowledgements files. To view the nTag file, you can go through the steps listed in our support document: How to View the Internal Serial Number on your Plotter Card.
In the 'Navionic' folder there will be a 'charts' folder and possibly a 'User Data' folder if you have been creating SonarChart™ Live on your plotter.
In the 'charts' folder, there will be multiple files and folders, depending on the plotter card you have purchased.
