Automatic Hole Transition on Garmin Approach S4 Watch

All Garmin golf capable watches will automatically transition to the upcoming hole when brought near the hole's far back tee box.

If for any reason the device does not automatically transition, transitioning can be done manually.

Manually Transition Holes on Approach S4:

• Swipe the screen in a downward motion to move forward a hole or by swiping in an upward motion to return to a previous hole.

Doing this may be necessary if the device does not transition automatically or if it jumps to the next hole earlier than desired.
