Honda Odyssey, Accord, and Pilot Displaying a "Cannot Calculate Route" Error Message

When calculating a route that crosses state lines, an issue has been reported with some routes returning with a "Cannot Calculate Route" error message. This error typically occurs with the "Faster Time" calculation mode.

This issue will be corrected in a future software update. In the meantime, there is a workaround that will allow you to successfully calculate the route. 

To Work Around the Issue: 

1. Touch Navigation

2. Touch the Menu button (3 dots)

3. Touch Settings

4. Touch Navigation

5. Touch Calculation Mode

6. Select Shorter Distance

7. Touch Save 

Once you have selected "Shorter Distance", enter your route information and select Go. The route calculation will complete.

Once it has Completed, Follow the Steps Below to Change it Back to "Faster Time": 

1. Touch the Menu button (3 dots)

2. Touch Settings

3. Touch Navigation

4. Touch Calculation Mode

5. Select Faster Time 

6. Touch Save

After doing this, the route will recalculate and provide you with directions to your destination using the "Faster Time" setting. 

If following the above steps does not resolve the "Cannot Calculate Route" error message, please contact Product Support. When contacting us, make sure you have access to the vehicle and know the starting and endpoint of the route.
