I Am Receiving Delayed Check-In Notifications From My Child's Bounce
This can occur if the Parent/Administrator's upload time zone setting in their Garmin Connect™ account is not the same as what is set for the phone. Walk through the steps below to confirm this setting is using the correct upload time zone:
The Parent Administrator will need to sign into Garmin Connect.
Select Profile & Account (top right).
Select Account Settings.
Update your Upload Time Zone.
The next time your child sync's the Bounce watch with their Garmin Jr.™ app the changes should take place.
