I Am Receiving Delayed Check-In Notifications From My Child's Bounce

This can occur if the Parent/Administrator's upload time zone setting in their Garmin Connect account is not the same as what is set for the phone. Walk through the steps below to confirm this setting is using the correct upload time zone:

  • The Parent Administrator will need to sign into Garmin Connect.

  • Select Profile & Account (top right).

  • Select Account Settings.

  • Update your Upload Time Zone.

The next time your child sync's the Bounce watch with their Garmin Jr. app the changes should take place.
