PURPOSE
This Service Bulletin provides notification of STC SA01933LA-D Master Drawing List revision G and the following software update:
- GNS 400W/500W Series Main Software version 5.03 and GPS/WAAS Software version 5.0.
Approves the following additional interfaces:
- GTN crossfill (i.e. the sharing of user waypoints and transferring the active flight plan from a GTN to a GNS)
- Garmin's GDL 88 ADS-B transceiver
- Collins HSI 84 Nav Indicator
- Collins FD-112V Nav Indicator
- SPZ 200A/500 autopilot
For additional changes to the GNS 400W/500W software, refer to Service Bulletin No. 1317.
PRODUCTS AFFECTED
Aircraft modified by STC SA01933LA-D for installation of GNS 400W series and GNS 500W series
equipment.
