Dash Cam Recording or Playback Issues on a Garmin DriveAssist 50 Series Device
If you are experiencing any issues with the recording or playback of Dash Cam footage on your device, there are a number of troubleshooting steps you can perform to resolve them.
- Confirm the memory card1 is fully inserted into the camera icon labeled memory card slot
- Update the device software using Garmin Express
- Format the camera memory card directly from the device
- Try using a different memory card
- The Dash Cam requires a microSD or microSDHC memory card up to 64GB with a speed rating of class 10 or higher.
