Using the Reactor 40 Kicker Autopilot Without a GPS Source
A GPS source is not required to use the Reactor 40 Kicker Autopilot.
If the Garmin Reactor 40 Kicker Autopilot does not have a viable GPS source, then use Compass Setup and Fine Heading Adjustment to manually adjust autopilot heading
User can utilize the vessels compass or a compass app on a phone until the heading matches
Set North won't be available
NOTE: Ensure the compass that is being used does not have any Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) that can alter the accuracy of the compass heading.
Additionally, if a GPS source is not available this process will make the Reactor 40 handheld remote control Click and Go feature more accurate
The Reactor 40 Handheld Remote control must have successfully completed the compass calibration for proper operation of the remote control
