What Is the Skin Temperature Feature in Garmin Connect?
While wearing your compatible Garmin® watch to sleep, you can see skin temperature changes during your sleep window. Changes in skin temperature can be related to activity, illness and other factors. To see which watches support this, and where to find it, see below.
NOTE: The watch will need to be your primary wearable to display the temperature changes. See Garmin Connect: Setting a Watch as Your Primary Wearable Device to set it properly.

Where Can I See Skin Temperature?
After wearing the watch to sleep at least three times, you can view you average nightly skin temperature deviation from your normal body temperature in the Sleep section of the Garmin Connect™ app. The more you wear your watch to sleep the more accurate your baseline temperature will be.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (lower right corner).
Select Health Stats.
Select Sleep.
