Tracks on the Garmin Explore Website Disappear from the Map
If tracks in the Garmin Explore™ website initially display on the map but disappear several days later, troubleshooting can be done to resolve the issue. View the troubleshooting steps below to make the tracks appear on the map in the Garmin Explore website.
Change the Map Filters in the Garmin Explore Website
The map filters can be adjusted in the Garmin Explore website to change the visibility of what is displayed on the map. To adjust the filters see Showing and Hiding Items on the Garmin Explore Website Map.
Reduce the Number of Points in the Track
Reduce the number of points in the track and then reupload the track into the Garmin Explore.
