My Lily Watch Changes Screens While Swimming
The Lily®, Lily® 2, and Lily® 2 Active watches have an auto-on display with wrist gesture control that will turn on the display automatically when you raise your wrist towards your face.
When recording a swim using the timed activity feature, the touchscreen may be unintentionally activated by a wrist gesture-like motion while swimming. If the display turns on while you are swimming, the water may trigger unintended interactions (swipes, holds, taps). This may result in your timed activity being stopped and potentially deleted.
To avoid this, we suggest that you disable the gesture feature and wait for the display to turn off before starting your swim. When you’re finished, raise the device out of the water and double tap the display in order to interact with the device.
For steps on disabling/enabling auto-on display or wrist gesture control, refer to your device's Owner's Manual.
