Edge Device Is Locked up and Not Responding

If your Edge device appears to be locked up or frozen, and it is not responding to any input you can usually recover the device by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds.   This will perform a hard reset with the screen going blank.  The device may turn back on by itself. If it does not, press the power button to turn the device back on.
