Verify Maps are Enabled on the Tread
The device will not be able to find any entered locations if the mapping is disabled.
To Enable the Mapping:
1. Touch Settings
2. Touch Map Display
3. Arrow down and Touch myMaps
4. Touch the down arrow to expand the map list
5. If there is no checkmark, touch the empty box to place one. This will enable the map.
Your device should be able to locate destinations once the mapping has been enabled.
Try the following in order if the errors "No Matches Found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" continue to appear when searching for a destination:
- Searching Near a Different Location on the Tread
- Verifying Maps Installed on the Tread
- Correctly Spelling and Formatting Destinations
