How to Register Garmin Dog Training Equipment

Locating the Serial Number

You will need the serial number of your product to register it. You can locate the 9-digit serial number on the top or side of the retail packaging, or on the device.

  NOTE: You may need to remove the collar strap to see this number.

Registering a Product Through Garmin.com

1. Log in or create a Garmin Account at garmin.com/account/
2. Navigate to garmin.com/account/register/
3. Click Register Now
4. Enter the product serial number

Any handheld and dog collar device that comes in a bundle will need to be registered separately by using this method. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email for each device you registered.
