Garmin Autopilot Software Update
Garmin periodically releases software updates for devices, which improve performance and add functionality.
To update the software on an autopilot, connect the autopilot to a Garmin chartplotter over NMEA 2000. When a software update is installed on the chartplotter, all compatible Garmin devices in the network will then be updated as well.
