My Index S2 Scale No Longer Syncs Data
Below are some tips you can try if data from your Index™ S2 Smart Scale no longer syncs into your Garmin Connect™ account:
Ensure the scale is within range of your paired Wi-Fi network and try another weigh-in.
Confirm a solid Wi-Fi icon is displayed on the scale, along with your initials and a green checkmark indicating a successful sync.
