"Lost Tachometer" on a GHP Autopilot

This message appears when the CCU (Reactor or compass ball) fails to get consistent tachometer readings from the engine. If the engines are off and the GHP™ Autopilot is still engaged, this is expected. It is always recommended to disengage the autopilot before turning off the engines.
