Mounting the VIRB 360 Upside Down to Record Video
The VIRB® 360 can record video while mounted upside down. The VIRB® Edit Program can correct the video's orientation.
Video can be stabilized regardless of camera orientation.
Inertial and Orientation data will be relative to the camera's normal orientation.
Gauges showing G-Force or Compass Heading will appear inconsistent with stabilized video if the video orientation is upside down.
VIRB Edit's Stabilize Only or Follow Path can be used to automatically correct the video orientation.
- Video can be manually flipped using the Rotate 180° option in the Editing tab.
