The Touchscreen on My Lily Smartwatch is Not Responding
If the screen on your Lily® watch is not responding to touch the watch will need to be replaced by Garmin. You can request an exchange using the following tool: Garmin's Online Exchange for the Lily Smartwatch
IMPORTANT: The Garmin exchange tool is only available in select countries and an exchange fee may apply when submitting a request to replace your device.
