Troubleshooting Delta Inbounds Pairing

If the Delta Inbounds™ base unit is unable to finish pairing to the dog device, a master reset on the dog device maybe required.

Note: Performing a master reset will clear all data off of the dog device. Be sure to save any dog activity data before using the following steps.

To perform a master reset on the Delta Inbounds dog device:

1. Power on Dog Device
2. Press and hold power button (about 5 seconds)
   • LED should cycle from solid red, blue, to flashing red
3. Release power button when the LED flashes red
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 two more times. (for a total of three times)

On the third attempt, the LED on the dog device should continue to flash red for a moment before the device resets.

After the dog device resets retry the pairing process with the base unit  and dog device.
