Billing-related subscription management features including new subscription purchases, activations, deactivations, and other plan and account changes will be unavailable during the following times:

To receive updates regarding the system maintenance, visit https://status.garminservicesbilling.com/ and select SUBSCRIBE or SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES near the top of the page. You can then choose Email Envelope or Phone SMS to get email or text message notifications when the maintenance has completed.

If you no longer wish to receive status updates, simply select Manage your subscription at the bottom of a status update email or reply to a status update text with the word STOP.

    • Device and mobile app functionality will not be impacted.

    • Vault uploads and LTE Vault uploads will be fully functional.

Marine Subscriptions

  • Garmin Navionics+™ & Garmin Navionics Vision+™

    • During this time, Subscription management will not be available via the Garmin.com Subscription Portal.

    • The Garmin ActiveCaptain® App on iOS and Android will be not be impacted.

    • Active Subscriptions will still be able to download chart content via the ActiveCaptain App and Garmin Express™ program.

  • Garmin Ondeck™ Hub

    • Will not be impacted.
