My Garmin Package is Missing
If your tracking details show your package delivered, check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure the package was not placed in an inconspicuous place. You should also check with neighbors to determine if they may have received it for you. For ground shipments, be sure you check your mailbox as it may not have been delivered to the door. For 2nd day and next day shipments, look for an attempted delivery notice.
In many cases, the package will turn up if it was misdelivered or due to a carrier delay. If your package doesn’t turn up 3 Business Days after delivery, contact Garmin Product Support.
