Handhelds sometimes need software updates to ensure tracking of new collars. It is important that the handheld's software is up to date if you are having trouble adding a collar into the handheld.

*When updating, ensure that you are only updating the collars using a PC computer. Using a MAC computer to update the collars can cause issues. The Astro and Alpha can be updated on a PC or MAC.
