Canceling a Garmin Navionics+ or Garmin Navionics Vision+ Subscription

To cancel a Garmin Navionics+ or Garmin Navionics Vision+ subscription, select a method below.


Garmin.com and Garmin Express™ software To cancel the auto renewal of the Garmin Navionics+™ charts and Garmin Navionics Vision+™  charts using Garmin.com or Garmin Express use the following steps:

        1. Go to https://www.garmin.com/account/subscriptions

          • Or from Garmin.com:  Account > Manage Your Data > View Your Data > Subscriptions and Content

        2. Sign in using email address and password

        3. Select Account

        4. Select Data Management 

        5. Select View Your Data

        6. Select View Subscriptions and Content

        7. Select Change Plan

        8. Select Cancel Subscription under the current plan

        9. Check the box confirming that canceling will turn off subscription-related features and functions

        10. Select Cancel Service.

NOTE: Service Cancelation is immediate and to re-enable service you will have to complete the service activation process again.


Using the ActiveCaptain® app To cancel the auto renewal of the Garmin Navionics+™ charts and the Garmin Navionics Vision+™ charts subscription using ActiveCaptain:


      1. Open or sign into the ActiveCaptain App

      2. Select Charts

      3. Press the menu option 

      4. Select My Charts

      5. Press the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner

        • For Android the dots will appear as follows Android Ellipses in ActiveCaptain

        • For IOS the dots will appear as follows IOS Ellipses in Active Captain

      6. Select Manage Subscriptions. The app will navigate to the appropriate app store

      7. Select the subscription to cancel the auto renewal

      8. Select to cancel auto renewal
