If I send Garmin x Rabbit to repair when I am not located in Thailand? How about the remaining value?

Refund must be processed in Thailand. When customer live in oversea and send Garmin x Rabbit to repair, refund of the remaining value is not available if Garmin provides the replacement to customer.
