Astro 220 Handheld Dropping Collar Information when Adding New Collar

The addition of a new DC™ 20, 30 or 40 collar may cause an existing DC™ 20, 30 or 40 collar to drop or lose communication with the Astro® 220 dog tracking handheld.

To restore the collar communication with the Astro 220 handheld:

1. Remove the collar that is not communicating:
   1. Press Dog
   2. Press Menu
   3. Select Dog List
   4. Select the non-communicating collar (dog name)
   5. Select Remove
      
      
2. Re-add the collar:
   1. Press Dog
   2. Press Menu
   3. Select Dog List
   4. Select <Add New>
   5. Follow onscreen prompts to add collar
      
      
3. Change Comm. Settings on the collar:
   1. Select the newly added collar
   2. Select Show Info
   3. Press Menu
   4. Select Change Comm. Settings
      1. Choose an ID that is as far away from other collar Comm. IDs as possible (at least 5 numbers away)
      2. Select OK
      3. Complete remaining Comm. Settings as desired.

All collars should now resume communication with the Astro 220 system.
