PRODUCTS AFFECTED:
G3X Touch Systems with Main Software Versions 9.10 through 9.13, interfaced to non-GPS versions of GTX™ 335R, 35R, 345R, and 45R transponders receiving GPS data using RS-232 are affected (this inlcudes all installations in which GPS is provided by either GNS WAAS Series navigators or a GPS 20A).
NOTE
Installations where GTN series navigators and GPS175/GNC355/GNX375 are connected to the transponder using HSDB are not affected.

- Issuance of a non-compliance letter from the FAA
ACTION:
- Enter Configuration mode on the GDU™ 460 be pushing and holding the MENU button and applying power.
- Touch the Transponder section.
- Set the Position Integrity to ‘IFR GPS 1e-7.’
RESOLUTION:
This issue has been fixed in G3X Touch Main Software Version 9.14.
