Displaying All Waypoints on the Map of an Outdoor Handheld

If you are not able to see your saved waypoints on the map of your outdoor handheld, you may need to adjust the Zoom Level at which they appear. Saved waypoints will not appear until you zoom in closer than the selected Zoom Level. To change this setting, refer to your specific handheld model below.

eTrex® 20, 20x, 22x, 30, 30x, or 32x Outdoor Handhelds

  1. Select Setup from the main menu.
  2. Select Map.
  3. Select Advanced Map Setup.
  4. Select Adjust Zoom Ranges.
  5. Select Zoom Levels.
  6. Select User Waypoints.
  7. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

eTrex® Touch Series Outdoor Handhelds

  1. Touch Three Lines Menu Icon to open the Setup menu.
  2. Select Map.
  3. Select Advanced Setup.
  4. Select Zoom Levels.
  5. Select User Waypoints.
  6. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

GPSMAP® 64 or 65 Series Outdoor Handhelds

  1. Press MENU twice to access the main menu.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Map.
  4. Select Advanced Map Setup.
  5. Select Adjust Zoom Ranges.
  6. Select Zoom Levels.
  7. Select User Waypoints.
  8. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

  1. Touch Up Arrow to open the Application Drawer.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Map.
  4. Select Advanced Setup.
  5. Select Zoom Ranges.
  6. Select Zoom Levels.
  7. Select User Waypoints.
  8. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

Montana® 700 Series Outdoor Handhelds

  1. Touch Home  to reach the main menu.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Map.
  4. Select Advanced Setup.
  5. Select Zoom Levels.
  6. Select User Waypoints.
  7. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

Oregon® 600 Series Outdoor Handhelds

  1. From the main menu, open the Application Drawer by swiping: left to right (Landscape) -or- bottom to top (Portrait).
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Map.
  4. Select Advanced Setup.
  5. Select Zoom Levels.
  6. Select User Waypoints.
  7. Select 500mi to have all waypoints displayed on the map at all times, or select the desired zoom level.

Oregon® 700 Series Outdoor Handhelds

  1. Touch Three Lines Menu Icon to open the Setup menu.
